Fearless advocacy and professionalism. That is what Adrian’s clients have come to know him for. From his earliest days as a law student, Adrian actively sought out every possible opportunity to finely tune his courtroom skills.
At Osgoode Hall Law School, he was a finalist in both the Lerners and Torys moots and acted as Duty Counsel with the Community Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP).
Adrian then began his practice at the largest litigation firm in Canada, located in downtown Toronto. There, he built his reputation as a versatile advocate who specialized in catastrophic personal injury claims, professional negligence and product liability.
It was in the area of catastrophic personal injury where Adrian really found his calling. He amassed a wealth of experience in cases involving the severely injured; including traumatic brain injuries, concussions, significant fractures and tears, paraplegia, amputations and fatalities.

Adrian’s passion for advocacy has brought him to a diverse set of venues and forums across the Province. He has represented clients in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has participated in multi-week jury trials and trials with a judge alone. He has also represented clients at Coroner’s Inquests and appeared at countless tribunal hearings before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Adrian has also co-authored approximately ten publications on topics that include personal injury awards in catastrophic cases, concussions and the law, occupier’s liability in recreational contexts and the use of medical evidence at trial.
Simply put, Adrian loves advocacy. He also values his relationships with his clients and is thankful for the opportunity to put their interests forward.
Adrian Nicolini is the founding and managing partner of Nicolini Law Group. His practice focuses exclusively on Personal Injury and assisting the injured in obtaining compensation no matter how or where they were injured. Outside of the office, Adrian loves to spend time with the joys of his life; his wonderful wife and beautiful four children.
